While compressed air is an essential power source for most industries, it is susceptible to contamination from dirt, rust, pipe scale, oil, aerosols and moisture; all of which can inhibit product quality and production line efficiency. It is a fact that more than 60% of all pneumatic equipment failures are due to air contamination.
Hitemp offer a comprehensive range of Air Line Filters, Regulators and Lubricators as well as a large range of manual and electronic drains.
Particulate Filters: For removal of solid particle contaminates down to 5 micron and the separation of bulk liquids.
Sizes: ¼” bsp – 2” bsp
Pre-Filters: For removal of solid particle contamination down to 1 micron and the separation of bulk liquids.
Sizes: R3/8 – 6” [Din 150]
Coalescing Filters: For removal of solid particle contamination down to 0.01 micron and liquids and oil ≤ 0.01 mg/m³ and ≤0.001 mg/m³.
Activated Carbon & Breathing Air Filters: Breathing Air Products for 2, 4 and 6 man breathing air installations.
General Purpose Regulators: Are used to provide a low cost method to reduce a supplied air pressure to a desired outlet pressure and transform a fluctuating air supply to a relatively constant reduced air pressure.
Sizes: from 1/8’ – 2” bsp
Dial Regulators: The Dial Air Pilot is a constant bleed piston operated regulator. The pilot controlled pressure reducing valve provides exceptionally high air flow with steady pressure control and minimal secondary pressure drop.
Precision Regulator: For use in applications that require reliable performance and accurate pressure control.
Lubricators: The lubricators inject an oil aerosol into the flowing air stream to automatically provide the proper amount of internal lubrication to air operated tools.
Float Drains & Piston Drains: Are used in filter housing to automatically expel condensate collected by filtering moisture from cooled compressed air.
Timed Drains: Are solenoid valves with electronic timers set to timed intervals to expel condensate from any moisture collection point such as receivers and filter housings.
Zero Air Condensate Drains: Are electronic condensate drains that release water to atmosphere without releasing compressed air.
Oil Water Seperator
Oil water separators are used to remove carry over oil from the condensate collected from the compressed air system which ensures protection of the environment by capturing the oil allowing the clean water to be disposed of with no costs.
